FANZ is an incorporated society

The Franchise Association of New Zealand Inc operates as a not-for-profit membership Association and is an incorporated society. As such, it must comply with the legislative requirements of the Incorporated Societies Act 2022 and is guided by a Constitution.

The Association has an Annual General Meeting each year and presents its Annual Report.
