How to Join the Franchise Association

Membership to the Franchise Association of NZ Inc is available to:

• Franchisors - includes Master Franchisees who issue franchises for sale and Multi Brand franchisors
• Franchisees
• Affiliates (service providers e.g. lawyers, accountants, consultants)
• Individuals - only for those who do not belong to a company

Membership Costs

Annual Membership costs are:

• Franchisors & Affiliates $1300 + GST
• Multi Brand Franchisors $1300 + GST for the first brand plus $380 + GST for each additional brand in membership thereafter
• Franchisees $457.50 + GST
• Individuals $400.00 + GST

When you submit your documents to the Association there is a one-off non-refundable application fee of $200.00 + GST. This covers the cost of an independent Scrutineer who will check that the documents comply with our Rules and Code of Practice.
