Queenstown Conference

We offer a full refund if you cancel your booking before 30/06/09 unless you have taken advantage of the special early booking rate, in which case the $200.00 deposit is non-refundable. However if you cancel your booking on or after 01/07/09, we will charge a late cancellation fee of 50%.

Auckland Breakfast Meetings

We offer a full refund if you cancel your booking by 4.00pm on the Friday before the Breakfast. However, cancellations after this time will be charged at full rate.

Publications

We offer a full refund, less $10.00 administration and postage costs, if you return an unopened publication within seven days of receipt.

Membership annual subscriptions

There are no refunds on annual subscriptions once paid.
