Franchising Stories
Where to now?
In April 2008, the staff at Fisher and Paykel’s Mosgiel plant was informed that the plant was being relocated to Mexico, as a cost-cutting measure. I was one of those people and now I had to think of what I could do, at my age. One day I was looking through the paper and noticed the Crest Commercial Cleaning advertisement about a franchise.
I had looked at a franchise before but felt the person selling that one was not honest or trustworthy.
Even after this experience I went ahead and rang the number, where I spoke to Nick Rogan. He made me feel completely comfortable, even just talking on the phone, so I made an appointment for my wi
fe and me to go and see him- a decision that we would never regret. After meeting Nick and his wife Jackie, and having the franchise explained to us, we went away with a feeling that these were the type of people we could trust. After some consideration, we felt that we would be comfortable doing this, so we rung Nick back to let him know. We met the director, Grant McLauchlan and committed ourselves to buying this franchise.
From that day forward our lives changed, and we are now proud to be part of the Crest franchise system, where we make a very good living, with ongoing support and training of the highest quality. Both my wife and I work in our Crest Commercial Cleaning business, and feel that we are treated as real people with respect and dignity. We both feel that this was the best decision that we have made, and the most trusting people that we have met in a very long time.
Both of us would recommend buying a Crest Commercial Cleaning franchise, if you’re looking for a profitable and easily managed franchise system.
