Election to FANZ Board

As a part of the proceedings at the Annual General Meeting of the Association, the results of the election of Board Members were announced.

In accordance with the Rules, Board Members David Foster; Graeme Henderson and Laurel McCulloch were required to retire by rotation and all were nominated to stand again.  In alphabetic order, the candidates elected to the three vacant places on the Board were as follows:

Paul Brown (Paramount Services Ltd) - Franchisor Member

Graeme Henderson (Meticulous Home Services (NZ) Ltd) - Franchisor Member

Laurel McCulloch (Link Business Broking Ltd) - Franchisor Member

Changes to Rule 11.4.3

The proposal by the FANZ Board that  clause 11.4.3 be changed from "No person may continue as Chairperson for more than two consecutive years"  to read " No person may continue as Chairperson for more than three consecutive years" was carried.
